HRT107 Cannabis Law and the Regulatory Environment

This course will examine the legal and regulatory environment surrounding the cannabis industry, examining the scope and authority at both Federal and State levels concerning cannabis. Students will become familiar with the governing bodies that regulate the cannabis industry at the state level in MA.
