  • High school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • Knowledge of the computer, computer concepts, and keyboarding is needed.

Advising Notes

This program is intended upon completion to prepare a student to take the CompTIA A+ Certification Exams. Upon scoring high enough on this exam, a student is eligible for entry level employment as a help desk support technician.

INF056 - This course is self-paced, online, with an instructor available via email for support. It may begin at any time throughout the semester.

INF300 - This course is regularly scheduled in-person, on the Lynn campus.
