BAA160 Real Estate Salesperson's Exam Preparation

 

Designed to provide knowledge and understanding of real estate principles and practices necessary to qualify for a position as a real estate salesperson. Prepare for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's Examination. Learn state required content including property, contracts, closing, financing, brokerage, housing, zoning, appraisal, Massachusetts license law, and real estate math. Students must attend all 40 hours of class to receive their certificate of completion to sit for the exam. Taught by Massachusetts certified instructor. Textbooks required: "Modern Real Estate Practice", 20th Edition, ISBN 9781475463729 and "Massachusetts Real EstatePractice & Law," ISBN 9781475456684.
