400 Google IT Support Professional Certificate:

Online courses can be started anytime throughout the semester. Prepare for an entry-level job in IT support. Designed for students who have basic computer skills and an interest in expanding on those skills. This online program with learning support and coaching from an NSCC instructor has the flexibility to fit your schedule. The program includes five courses: Technical Support Fundamentals, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, Operating Systems and You, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, and IT Security: Defense Against the Digital Dark Arts. Students should plan on committing 10 to 20 hours a week. Prerequisite: High School Diploma or equivalent.
