RSP126 Respiratory Care Pharmacology
Presentation of general principles of pharmacology and action of major drug groups, inhaled and systemic, as prescribed for respiratory dysfunction, in the acutely and chronically diseased patient. Anatomy of the respiratory and central nervous systems will be discussed as they relate to drug action. Drug dose calculations, indications, side effects, and routes of administration will also be explored.
