MET222 Quality

This course provides an introduction to quality assurance and control, reviewing the historical development of quality in business from the industrial revolutin to modern day practice. The course will survey manufacturing and on-manufacturing quality systems. Emphasis will be placed on modern day supply chain quality systems and practices, as well as the role of quality in the business model. Topics will be reinforced through industry examples, case studies, and team-based problem solving activities.
