PHI126 Environmental Ethics
A philosophical approach to environmentalism examining the ethical presuppositions that underlie our conception of value, the diverse worldviews offered by environmentalists, and the potential responses to ecological degradation. Topics include animal liberation, deep ecology, ecofeminism and environmental activism, among others. Fulfills open, liberal arts, and humanities electives.
