BTN202 Biotechnology Applications
This course is designed to introduce the student to knowledge and skills of basic techniques relevant to the field of Biotechnology. Applications include basic cell culture, protein and nucleic acid separation techniques, transformation, and the use of restriction enzymes in recombinant DNA technology. (2 lecture hours and 4 lab hours per week)
