IEL242 Industrial Control Electronics 2

Introduces the theory and practical application of industrial control elements including the theory and operation of programmable logic controllers (PLC) as applied to the industrial environment (Industrial, Factory, Production & Process). Fundamentals of industrial robots and robotics are also investigated. Hands-on applications are heavily emphasized for all topics covered. (3 hours of lecture, 2 hours of lab per week)
