HRT101 Introduction to Turf

This course is designed to familiarize students with opportunities in the turf industry and to begin discussion of the basic fundamentals turf-grass management. Emphasis is placed on cool-season turf-grass identification, seeding, culture and maintenance. Identification and control of weed and insect pests is included.
